In response to significant societal and mortgage market changes, NHG aimed to introduce new services and enhance collaboration efficiency across the value chain. The Dutch financial service provider Collin Crowdfund connects entrepreneurs and investors on its crowdfunding platform. This gives these entrepreneurs the chance to grow further with financing. Collin Crowdfund has turned to Emixa to build the platform using low-code technology. The innovative platform now offers creditworthy small and medium-sized enterprises non-traditional growth financing, while giving investors the chance to achieve an attractive return.
Case study Pokket
Pokket is an online tool that gives financial advisers insight into mortgage options and associated risks within minutes. The tool is a joint initiative of three parties: Dazure, a supplier of innovative financial products, Gijs van Hooijdonk, a well-known franchisee of The Mortgage Broker and Emixa. The application was developed on the Mendix low-code platform and offers, in addition to fast insight, also reports that can be shown directly to customers. Consultations can thus be shortened by 75 percent and advisers achieve 10 percent more turnover because they can give more personal attention to customers.
Case study Autohopper
Autohopper, the largest car rental company in The Netherlands, has worked with Emixa to further develop an existing application that allows the company's more than one hundred local franchise locations to independently rent cars. The app, built with Mendix's low-code platform, provides clearer visibility into the rental process after the improvements and is now saving Autohopper’s back office 25 percent in costs. User satisfaction increased from a 2 to an 8.5.
