IT Roadmap Definition and Program Management for Retail Company

Emixa guided the digital transformation for a major Dutch retailer with 100+ stores.  We kick-started with strategy workshops to define their digital commerce strategy and selected core applications for omnichannel processes. Based on the defined ambitions, we have selected the core applications to support their omnichannel commerce processes. After this process, executed in close cooperation with their e-commerce, marketing and IT departments, we have defined the IT-roadmap and continuously assist them in the management and execution of this roadmap.
