Welcoming Wouter Rom Colthoff: Our New Head of Data, AI & Analytics

 We’re pleased to welcome Wouter Rom Colthoff as our Head of Data, AI & Analytics at Emixa. In his new role, Wouter will lead our rapidly growing team that helps organisations unlock business value through data, artificial intelligence, and analytics.

With Wouter’s arrival, we further strengthen our position as a leading digital transformation consultancy.

Human-Centric Approach to Digital Transformation

After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Wouter began his career at the engineering company Stork, where he led international projects in a highly technical and global environment. There, he learned that technology alone does not determine success - it’s the people who make the difference.

Nine years ago, he joined SparkOptimus, a boutique digital strategy and transformation consulting firm. As a partner, he supported clients in consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing with customer-centric growth and the application of digital and data technologies. “Whether you’re in consumer goods, manufacturing, or construction - every organisation is being reshaped by emerging data and AI technologies,” he says. “The key question is not if you should adopt them, but how they can create value for your customers and your business. My mission is to help organisations define that vision - and deliver tangible, measurable results along the way.”
